Stuffed chicken legs with mushrooms and herbs

מרכיבים
  • For the stuffing
  • 12 chicken legs
  • 1lb. Chopped meat
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rosemary and thyme
  • 3 celery sticks chopped fine
  • Finely chopped mushrooms
  • Chopped shallots
  • Sauce
  • Medley of wild forest mushrooms
  • Chopped shallots
  • White wine
  • Chicken stock
  • Rosemary and thyme
אופן ההכנה

    Deboned the chicken legs leave the skin on and keep the leg whole dry it well and season with salt and pepper. .

    In a frying pan Sautee shallots till clear, add chopped mushrooms and celery season with salt pepper and curcum.

    Let it cool and add it to the fresh ground beef add apx 1/4 of chicken broth to soften the meat..

    Stuff the legs and wrap each one in foil paper when completed place in a large pan with boiling water and steam in the oven for apx. 30 minutes..

    Let cool and unwrap .

    Sauce.

    Sautéed shallots .

    Large assortment of wild forest mushrooms sauteed together with the shallots season with salt pepper curcum and add 1 cup of good white wine i used sauvignon blanc and 1 cup of chicken stock. Add a few Sprigs of rosemary and thyme. Place all the stuffed legs into the sauce cover and let it cook in the oven for 1 hour on 350°.enjoy and good health to all.
