Stuffed chicken legs with mushrooms and herbs

אופן הכנה

  1. Deboned the chicken legs leave the skin on and keep the leg whole dry it well and season with salt and pepper.

  2. In a frying pan Sautee shallots till clear, add chopped mushrooms and celery season with salt pepper and curcum

  3. Let it cool and add it to the fresh ground beef add apx 1/4 of chicken broth to soften the meat.

  4. Stuff the legs and wrap each one in foil paper when completed place in a large pan with boiling water and steam in the oven for apx. 30 minutes.

  5. Let cool and unwrap

  6. Sauce

  7. Sautéed shallots

  8. Large assortment of wild forest mushrooms sauteed together with the shallots season with salt pepper curcum and add 1 cup of good white wine i used sauvignon blanc and 1 cup of chicken stock. Add a few Sprigs of rosemary and thyme. Place all the stuffed legs into the sauce cover and let it cook in the oven for 1 hour on 350°.enjoy and good health to all
